    The law in the parable of the door-keeper is not the same as the one according to which Josef K. is brought on trial. The first one blazes in the clarity of eternity, the other one is the law of falsehood and corruption. Since it’s uncoupled from the ordinance of laws, the insight in its effectiveness is manipulated. The second law doesn’t symbolize infinitude, but infinite reproduces itself. Its origin is illustrated in the chapter »The Whipper« which is performed inside the bank. Guiltiness and Morality are not identic in The Trial, different from the assumption by deconstructivistic Kafka-interpretation, but are inversely related. But Kafka was enabled to devise this scenario merely against the horizon of the identical and transcendent law.

    Das Gesetz der Türhüterparabel ist nicht dasselbe wie dasjenige, nach dem Josef K. der Prozess gemacht wird. Jenes erstrahlt im Glanz der Ewigkeit, letzteres dagegen ist das Gesetz der Lüge und der Korruption. Weil es vom Gesetz der Gesetze losgelöst ist, ist der Einblick in seine Wirkungsweise verstellt. Das zweite Gesetz symbolisiert nicht die Unendlichkeit, sondern reproduziert unendlich nur sich selbst. Seine Genese ist im Prügler-Kapitel, das im Innern der Bank verortet ist, dargestellt. Schuld- und Moralbewusstsein sind im Prozeß, anders als die dekonstruktivistische Kafka-Lektüre annimmt, nicht dasselbe, sondern stehen in einem reziproken Verhältnis. Dieses Szenario aber hat Kafka nur vor dem Horizont des einen, mit sich selbst identischen und transzendenten Gesetzes entwerfen können.
