Los derechos de propiedad intelectual de los estudiantes universitarios

    El objeto de este estudio se centra en examinar, siquiera de manera formativa y breve, los contornos del régimen jurídico y la configuración de la propiedad intelectual de los estudiantes universitarios, principalmente, a la luz de su reconocimiento en la normativa universitaria. Asimismo, también se incide en el tratamiento de la cuestión que ofrece la reciente regulación del personal investigador predoctoral en formación. Finalmente, en esta aproximación se valora la proyección que ha de merecer y el alcance que entraña el reconocimiento de estos derechos a favor de este colectivo, así como las implicaciones que conlleva, tanto en atención al sujeto como al objeto de protección.

    The aim of this study focuses on the examination, at least in a formative and briefly manner, the contours of the legal status and the configuration of the intellectual property of university students, mainly, in attention to their recognition in university regulations. Likewise, it also take in account the treatment of the topic laid down in the recent regulation of predoctoral research personnel in training. Finally, this approach assesses the projection that must be deserved and the scope that implies the recognition of these rights to this group, as well as the implications that it entails, both in the attention to the subject and the object of protection.
