    Presenta un marco histórico de la figura de la reelección en México, la que ha sido vista por el colectivo como una restricción necesaria para el control político. El autor apunta a la restricción del derecho de los aspirantes a reelección y concluye que esta puede representar una nueva ruta para profesionalizar la actividad de la administración pública municipal y legislativa

    It presents a historical framework of the re-election concept in Mexico, which has been seen by the collective as a necessary constraint for public control. The author points out the restriction of the right of those running for re-election and concludes that this may represent a new road to professionalize the activity of the legislative and municipal public administration
