On the occasion of the 15 years of installation of the Permanent Review Court (TPR) in the city of Asunción, this work aims to present the historical aspects, arranged chronologically, that led to its installation and, also, to expose the evolution of the Dispute Settlement System, in particular, as regards the TPR.

Por ocasião dos 15 anos de instalação do Tribunal Permanente de Revisão (TPR) na cidade de Assunção, este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar os aspectos históricos, organizados cronologicamente, que levaram à sua instalação e, também, para expor a evolução do Sistema de resolução de litígios, em especial no que diz respeito ao TPR.
