Sistema de información deportivo vía web para mejorar la administración de la información en la Liga Deportiva Distrital de Voleibol de Trujillo

    La presente investigación tiene como objetivo demostrar que se puede mejorar la administración de la información en la la Liga Deportiva Distrital de Voleibol de Trujillo (LDDVT), con un sistema de información deportivo vía web, el cual se ha desarrollado bajo la metodología XP teniendo en cuenta el enfoque hacia la mejora de atención al usuario. Con el desarrollo de la propuesta se mejoró significativamente la administración de la Información, a través de la reducción en los tiempos de registro y consulta de la información deportiva; en la investigación se tomó como muestra significativa a 66 deportistas, pertenecientes a la LDDVT; para el análisis de la información se utilizaron entrevistas, encuestas y constante observación en las actividades realizadas por los usuarios. El tipo de investigación que se ha desarrollado es aplicada y se usó el diseño experimental del tipo Pre-Experimento; para la demostración de nuestra hipótesis se empleó la Prueba estadística paramétrica T de Student y distribución Normal Z. Finalmente el sistema de información deportivo permitió reducir el tiempo promedio de registro de la información de la ficha de afiliación deportiva en un 41%, el tiempo promedio de registro de la información de la Ficha de transferencia deportiva en un 35%, el tiempo promedio de búsqueda de la Información del deportista en 92%, y por último el nivel de satisfacción del deportista se incrementó en un 54.82%, cumpliéndose con los objetivos de la investigación.     The objective of this research was to demonstrate that the Administration of Information in Trujillo's District Volleyball Sports League (TDVSL) can be improved, with a sports information system via web, which has been developed under the XP methodology taking into account the focus on improving customer service. The administration of the Information was significantly improved with the development of the proposal through the reduction in time of registration and consultation of the sports information. In the investigation, 66 sportsmen and women belonging to the TDVSL were taken as a significant sample. For the analysis of the information, interviews, surveys and constant observation were used in the activities carried out by the users. The type of research was applied and the experimental design of Pre-Experiment type was used. For the demonstration of our hypothesis, the parametric statistical Student T Test and Normal Z distribution were used. Finally, the sports information system allowed to reduce the average time of registration of the information of the Sports Affiliation Form by 41%, the average time of registration of the information of the Sports Transfer Form by 35%, the average time of search of the information of the sportsperson in 92%. Finally, the level of satisfaction of the sportsmen and women increased in 54.82%, fulfilling the objectives of the investigation.
