  • Resumen
    • The essay focuses on the rising growth of artificial subjects connected lo technological evolution, as artificial intelligence, robots, and non-human social actors. The crush of the juridical narrative, under the influence of globalization and technological powers, poses a brand new constitutional question: the social development, the judicial systems and the labour market are experiencing a radical crisis, and high technology is considered being part of the crisis. To what extent this crisis can be related to the feared replacement of human workers with robots and AI? And these non-human actors have and/or must have social and civil rights? In order to partially answer these meta-constitutional questions, the essay analyzes the essence of the post-modern globalized juridical narrative, in a societal constitutionalist perspective.
