How works the procedural replacement of a party in enforcement proceedings? The present paper attempts to answer this question. In order to do this, we will begin by analysing the relevance of the enforceable title and the necessary differentiation of the preceding legal transaction with respect to the subsequent procedural replacement of a party. Likewise, an analysis will be presented of the responsibility on the judicial act due to the "inheritance guarantee" and the "supporting documents" that must sustain it in order to, in the last term, approach the study of the incident foreseen in Section 540.3 of Civil Procedural Act 1/2000, of 7 January, and to propose some reforms of the wording.
