Resumen de Agroturismo Cañero en Fortín de las Flores, Veracruz, México

  Se realizó una caracterización del municipio de Fortín de la Flores, Veracruz, México, con el objetivo de evaluar los elementos diferenciadores que puedan permitirle un posicionamiento en el sector agroturístico, mediante revisión bibliográfi ca, recorridos en campo, entrevistas a actores clave y encuestas a productores; además de la utilización del Marco de Capitales de la Comunidad y el enfoque sistémico de la principal plantación, la caña de azúcar, el ingenio azucarero El Carmen y los trapiches.

  Esta información servirá de base para la implementación de un modelo agroturístico cañero en Fortín, con miras a contribuir al desarrollo sustentable de dicho municipio.

  A characterization of the municipality of Fortin is carried out with the objective of evaluating its differentiating elements that may allow it to get a position in the agrotourism sector, through bibliographic review, fi eld trips, interviews with key actors and surveys to producers; in addition to the use of the Community Capital Framework and systemic approach from the main plantation, the sugar cane, the sugar mill El Carmen and the trapiches was collected. This information will serve as the basis for the implementation of an agrotourism model in Fortin with a view to contribute to the sustainable development of the zone.
