Resumen de Sistema informático para la gestión del subsidio de la leche en la empresa municipal de comercio y gastronomía de Jesús Menéndez

  La Empresa Municipal de Comercio y Gastronomía de Jesús Menéndez utiliza para el manejo adecuado del subsidio de la leche, un programa informático llamado SOLECOM, el cual cuenta con un conjunto de insuficiencias, lo que trae consigo que no se realice con efectividad dicho proceso. Siguiendo lo anterior descrito, se realizó la siguiente investigación, con el objetivo de implementar un sistema informático para la gestión del subsidio de la leche en esta empresa. Para lograr el desarrollo del mismo, se partió del funcionamiento de las actividades que se realizan para efectuar el cálculo del subsidio, así como la política que se sigue en tal sentido, lo que permitió presentar una propuesta de solución. Bajo este principio se concebiría la creación de una herramienta sencilla, intuitiva y fácil de utilizar, garantizando al cliente rapidez, eficiencia y fiabilidad en la información. Para su desarrollo se seleccionó la metodología Programación Extrema y los frameworks Raptor 2 y Ext JS, además de otro conjunto de herramientas que permitieron la implementación del sistema. Finalizado el proyecto, se aportó una solución viable con plena satisfacción del cliente. El sistema fue puesto en práctica en dicha empresa desde enero del presente año. Los resultados de la validación a que fue sometido dicho sistema, evidencian la pertinencia del mismo para contribuir a la disminución de las insuficiencias detectadas en el software que utilizaban hasta ese momento.Palabras clave: Sistema informático, Programación Extrema, Frameworks, Herramienta de Gestión.

   The Municipal Commerce and Gastronomy Company of Jesús Menéndez uses a software program called SOLECOM for the proper management of the milk subsidy, which has a set of shortcomings, which means that this process is not carried out effectively. Following the above described, the following research was carried out, with the objective of implementing a computer system for the management of the milk subsidy in this company. To achieve the development of the same, it started from the operation of the activities that are carried out to carry out the calculation of the subsidy, as well as the policy that is followed in this sense, which allowed presenting a proposal for a solution. Under this principle, the creation of a simple, intuitive and easy-to-use tool would be conceived, guaranteeing the client speed, efficiency and reliability in the information. For its development, the Extreme Programming methodology and the Raptor 2 and Ext JS frameworks were selected, as well as another set of tools that allowed for the implementation of the system. After the project, a viable solution was provided with full customer satisfaction. The system was put into practice in that company since January of this year. The results of the validation to which this system was submitted, show the pertinence of the same to contribute to the reduction of the deficiencies detected in the software that they used up to that moment.Keywords: Computer System, Extreme Programming, Frameworks, Management Tool.
