  Aprovechar las bondades tanto en formación presencial como del método on-line, ha generado el auge de los sistemas Blended-Learning, los cuales buscan potenciar sus bondades. El presente documento evalúa la efectividad de un curso en esta modalidad de educación, utilizando la plataforma de Gestión de aprendizajes MOODLE y tomando en cuenta la satisfacción de los usuarios. Para esto, se utilizó un instrumento con escala tipo Likert, tomando como variables la interactividad desde el punto de vista de soporte tecnológico y el modelo de aprendizaje y de enseñanza. Este documento detalla brevemente el concepto de B-Learning, las metodologías de evaluación previas en la literatura y la aplicación de una de ellas. Finalmente, se presentan los resultados del análisis del instrumento según el cual los estudiantes presentan una buena actitud hacia la modalidad B-Learning y la metodología del docente.Palabras clave: Blended-Learning, Satisfacción de Estudiantes, Aprendizaje Virtual.

  Taking advantage of the benefits both in face-to-face training and the on-line method, has generated the rise of BlendedLearning systems, which seek to enhance their benefits. This document evaluates the effectiveness of a course in this type of education, using the MOODLE learning management platform and taking into account the satisfaction of users. For this, a Likert-type scale instrument was used, taking interactivity as a variable from the point of view of technological support and the learning and teaching model. This document briefly details the concept of B-Learning, the methodologies of previous evaluation in the literature and the application of one of them. Finally, the results of the analysis of the instrument are presented according to which the students present a good attitude toward the B-Learning modality and the methodology of the teacher.Keywords: Blended-Learning, Student Satisfaction, Virtual Learning
