Resumen de Las intervenciones de la Real Audiencia de Charcas y su influencia sobre diversos asuntos de interés público municipal en Santa Fe colonial (Gobernación del Río de la Plata, 1617-1627)

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo principal enumerar, categorizar y caracterizar las principales intervenciones de la Real Audiencia de Charcas en relación a la jurisdicción del Cabildo de Santa Fe (Provincia del Río de la Plata). A su vez, desde una perspectiva tanto descriptiva como cuantitativa, se busca apreciar cuáles fueron las materias de mayor intervención, y cómo aquellas repercutieron sobre diversas cuestiones de interés social, político-administrativo y económico dentro del señalado municipio, teniendo en cuenta la participación del ayuntamiento. Para esto, se analizaron distintos documentos disponibles en las Actas del Cabildo de Santa Fe (ACSF), disponibles en el Archivo General de la Provincia de Santa Fe (AGPSF), para elaborar datos en base a los mismos y así poder complementar con algunos conceptos y explicaciones tomados de distintas fuentes bibliográficas. El período estudiado tiene que ver con la subdivisión que se dio en la Gobernación del Paraguay Río de la Plata (1617) y el desarrollo de un período de participaciones regulares por parte del cuerpo de oidores (hasta 1627).

The main objective of this research is to list, categorize and characterize the main interventions of the Royal Audience of Charcas in relation to the jurisdiction of the City Council of Santa Fe (Province of Río de la Plata). At the same time, from a descriptive as well as a quantitative perspective, it is sought to appreciate which were the subjects of greatest intervention, and how those had an impact on diverse issues of social, political-administrative and economic interest within the mentioned municipality, taking into account the participation of the town hall. For this, different documents available in the Acts of the Cabildo of Santa Fe (ACSF), available in the General Archive of the Province of Santa Fe (AGPSF), were analyzed to elaborate data based on them and thus be able to complement with some concepts and explanations taken from different bibliographical sources. The period studied has to do with the subdivision that occurred in the Government of Paraguay and Río de la Plata (1617) and the development of a period of regular participation by the body of judges (up to 1627).
