El presente estudio jurisprudencial pretende recopilar las principales y más recientes decisiones del Tribunal Constitucional en materia de acceso al recurso de amparo y agotamiento de todos los medios de impugnación previos, en particular, en relación con la necesidad de interponer el incidente de nulidad de actuaciones como requisito previo al amparo. Se ponen de manifiesto, además, las especificas problemáticas existentes en el ámbito del orden jurisdiccional social y contencioso-administrativo.

This study on constitutional case Law pretends to analyze the main and most recent decisions of the Constitutional Court regarding the access to the appeal in amparo and the accomplishment of the pre-requirement of exhaustion of all previous existing remedies, in particular, in relation to the need to lodge a petition of nullity before lodging the appeal in amparo. It also takes into account the specific problems found in the field of the social and administrative jurisdictions.
