Resumen de Teletrabalho: o equívoco da sedução, a realidade por trás do véu

  Globalization has changed the world scenario and the revolution caused by information and communication technologies (ICT’s) led to the advent of information society. These changes have altered life in society and the world of work, which undergoes transformations and creates new forms of work, such as teleworking.  The aim of this research is to understand how this "new world" and the young way of work have contributed to the precariousness of the tenuous guarantees won by the workers and, through a false veil of benefits, it is able to seduce a significant number of workers. It was used the deductive method, through a qualitative research, that is descriptive of the theoretical nature of bibliographic review. As a result, it was possible to perceive the duality character that involves the teleworkers in the exercise of this labor variant, wich is directed to the demands of capital, and it is capable of subjecting all class of workers to their thirst for added value, treating them only as merchandise.

  A globalização modificou o cenário mundial e a revolução causada pelas tecnologias da informação e da comunicação (TIC’s) ensejaram o advento da sociedade informacional. Tais modificações alteraram a vida em sociedade e o mundo do trabalho, que sofre transformações e origina novas modalidades de labor, como o teletrabalho. O objetivo da pesquisa é compreender como esse “mundo novo” e a jovem forma de trabalho vêm contribuindo para a precarização das tênues garantias conquistadas pelos trabalhadores e, através de um falso véu de benesses, é capaz de seduzir um significativo número de obreiros. Utiliza-se o método dedutivo, por meio de pesquisa qualitativa, descritiva de cunho teórico de revisão bibliográfica. Como resultado, pôde-se perceber o caráter de dualidade que envolve os teletrabalhadores no exercício dessa variante laboral. Variante essa voltada para as exigências do capital, capaz de submeter a toda classe de trabalhadores a sua sede pela mais valia, tratando-os apenas como reles mercadoria.
