    La cuestión litigiosa en la sentencia analizada tiene por objeto el reconocimiento al trabajador del complemento de antigüedad recogido en el convenio colectivo para el sector de Grupo de Deportes del Principado de Asturias. Esta cuestión posibilita estudiar los requisitos del recurso de suplicación, en especial examinar el acceso en reclamaciones, acumuladas o no, cuando la cuestión debatida afecta a todos o a un gran número de trabajadores o de beneficiarios de la Seguridad Social, siempre que tal circunstancia de afectación general sea notoria o haya sido alegada y probada en juicio o posea claramente un contenido de generalidad no puesto en duda por ninguna de las partes. La interposición del recurso de suplicación por la citada vía permite acercarse al análisis de la doctrina de la Sala Social del Tribunal Supremo sobre la afectación general.

    The litigious issue in the analysed sentence deals with the recognition of the seniority complement set out in the collective agreement for the Sports Group sector of the Principality of Asturias. This matter allows the study of the requirement for the appeal, concretely, considering the access to claims, accumulated or not, when the discussed issue affects to every, or a major number of workers or beneficiaries of the Social Security System proved that this general affectation becomes notorious, or alleged and proved in court, or that it has a proven general content unquestioned by both, the prosecutor and the defence. Appealing through this method, allows an approach to the analysis of the Social Court of the Supreme Chamber about the general affectation.
