Resumen de Proyecto filigranas hispánicas: Base de Datos Access. (Página WEB del IPCE)

  Con este proyecto queremos paliar el retraso que ha sufrido el estudio de las filigranas en España, a pesar de ser el primer país europeo del que hay constancia documental donde se fabricó el papel (Xátiva, 1154) y ser el que suministró este material a toda Iberoamérica, gracias al monopolio papelero establecido por la Corona Española. El proyecto nace con la función principal de convertir la base de datos Access en una consulta pública a través de Internet y ampliar por tanto así el ámbito geográfico a Portugal e Hispanoamérica. En la actualidad contamos con unas 11.000 filigranas y al terminar este año aspiramos alcanzar la cifra de 20.000. La nueva aplicación deberá: • Permitir la carga, actualización y gestión de los datos a través de la web, según perfiles de usuario. • Facilitar la consulta de datos pública a través de la web. • Presentar elementos de consulta complementarios como vocabulario y bibliografía. • Ser Compatible con el proyecto Bernstein.

  This project intends to mitigate the delay suffered in the study of the watermarks in Spain, despite being the first European country in which no documentary evidence where paper (Xativa, 1154) was manufactured and be the one who supplied this material to all Latin America, thanks to the paper monopoly established by the Spanish Crown. The main goal is to convert the Access database in a public consultation over the Internet and thus extend the geographical scope to Latin America. Currently we have 11,000 watermarks and at the end of this year we hope to reach the figure of 20,000. The new application shall: • Allow the load, update and management of data through the web, according to user profiles. • Facilitate consultation data through the web • Provide consultation as complementary elements to glossary and bibliography • Be compatible with Bernstein project.
