Existe un derecho de relaciones personales de la abuela con sus nietas que se encuentran en régimen preadoptivo, llamado actualmente guarda para la adopción, pues en base al interés superior del menor no consta que mantener contacto con su abuela vaya a resultarles perjudicial en el proceso de adaptación e integración en la eventual familia adoptiva.

There is a right of personal relationships of the grandmother with her granddaughters who are in a preadoptive regime, currently called for adoption, because based on the best interests of the child there is no evidence that maintaining contact with her grandmother will be harmful to them in the process of adaptation and integration in the eventual adoptive family.
