En el presente trabajo se tratará de analizar la eventual repercusión que la Directiva del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo sobre derecho de insolvencia puede llegar a tener en nuestra legislación, en materia de la segunda oportunidad de personas físicas. Con este fin, tomando como base lo establecido en su Título III, relativo a la exoneración de deudas e inhabilitaciones, se tratarán de analizar los cambios que podrían operarse en la legislación concursal en esta materia.

This paper will attempt to analyze the possible impact that the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on insolvency may have on our legislation, regarding the second chance of natural persons. To this end, based on what is established in its Title III, regarding the discharge of debt and disqualifications, the changes that could be made in bankruptcy legislation in this matter will be analyzed.
