Starting from the interest of drama for the development of communicative skills in early childhood education, an intervention is analyzed, carried out with 37 schoolchildren aged 4 to 5 years old, which combines this practice with the discoveryof children's literature. Using a mixed methodology, the perception of teachers about the communicative progress of the participating students is studied. The results reveal the benefits of drama for the progress in body expression and, above all, in oral communication.
