Resumen de Mujer y cambio climático: propuesta de programa de formación

  El siguiente artículo es un avance de programa de formación en cambio climático para mujeres del Centro Educativo Asociación Profesores de la UCV (CEAPUCV) desarrollado por directoras de la Fundación Famicine desde el año 2018. Entre los objetivos planteados están: 1. Sensibilizar entre 80 a 100 estudiantes del CEAPUCV de los grados (primero, segundo, tercero, cuarto, quinto y sexto) sobre el cambio climático a través del cine verde. 2. Sensibilizar a doce maestras de Primaria sobre el cambio climático a través del cine verde y 3. Elaborar entre 10-12 guías didácticas sobre el cambio climático a partir del cine verde (de distintos géneros cinematográficos) exhibidos en festivales ecológicos (Festiverd) y/o de fácil acceso al público. Se desarrolla bajo la metodología de investigación acción participativa. Hasta el presente cuenta con materiales elaborados y compartidos en la Red Iberoamericana de Docentes y el colegio con el fin de introducir mejoras, así como el desarrollo de proyectos de aprendizaje y campañas ambientales. Entre las conclusiones provisionales de las primeras etapas de implantación está la elaboración de experiencias y testimonios bajo el título Mujer y Cambio Climático además de la incorporación de módulos para el trabajo con las maestras relacionados al liderazgo femenino y gestión.

  The following article is a preview of a training program on climate change for women at the Teacher Training Center of the UCV (CEAPUCV) developed by directors of the Famicine Foundation since 2018. Among the objectives set are: 1. Raise awareness among 80 to 100 CEAPUCV students of the grades (first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth) about climate change through green cinema. 2. To sensitize twelve primary school teachers about climate change through green cinema and 3. To prepare 10-12 didactic guides on climate change based on green films (from different film genres) exhibited at ecological festivals (Festiverd) and / or easy access to the public. It is developed under the participatory action research methodology. Up to the present it has elaborated and shared materials in the Ibero-American Network of Teachers and the school in order to introduce improvements, as well as the development of learning projects and environmental campaigns. Among the provisional conclusions of the first stages of implementation is the development of experiences and testimonies under the title Women and Climate Change in addition to the incorporation of modules for work with teachers related to female leadership and management.
