Resumen de Evasão Universitária: Um Modelo para Diagnóstico e Gerenciamento de Instituições de Ensino Superior

  O presente estudo teve como objetivo identificar as principais causas da evasão em instituições de ensino superior e construir uma escala de satisfação de graduandos. Foi aplicado um questionário em um total de 498 respondentes pertencentes ao corpo discente, selecionados pelo critério de acessibilidade. A escala construída foi submetida à análise fatorial, resultando em uma estrutura composta por 68 itens distribuídos pelos fatores: F1 (professor), F2 (projeto pedagógico), F3 (infraestrutura), F4 (segurança física) e F5 (apoio ao aluno). Todos os fatores apresentaram elevada consistência interna e a análise de regressão logística sinalizou que as variáveis explicativas contribuíram significativamente para predizer a ocorrência de evasão. Os resultados encontrados oferecem uma escala para avaliar a percepção de satisfação com a instituição e permitem estabelecer estratégias em relação aos alunos com risco de evasão.

  The present study aimed to identify the main causes of evasion in higher education institutions and to elaborate a satisfaction scale for graduation students. A questionnaire was applied to 498 respondents belonging to the student body, selected by the criterion of accessibility. The constructed scale was submitted to factorial analysis, resulting in a structure composed of 68 items distributed in five factors: F1 - professor, F2 - pedagogical project, F3 - infrastructure, F4 - physical security, and F5 - student support. All factors presented high internal consistency and logistic regression analysis indicated that the explanatory variables contributed significantly to predict the occurrence of evasion. The results found offer a scale to evaluate the perception of satisfaction with the institution and allow establishing strategies in relation to the students with risk of evasion.
