    Used as an incentive taxation tool, ecological taxes, or ecotaxes, aim to change the behaviours of economic players. They can only achieve this if markets likely to be impacted by the implementation of such a tax are targeted. Otherwise, they face questions of economic equity or prove to be completely ineffective.

Elles n'atteignent cet objectif qu'à la condition de cibler les marchés susceptibles d'être affectés par la mise en place d'une taxe.
