    Los avances en las TICs han promovido la utilización de herramientas software como un medio de soporte y complemento en el aula. En Investigación Operativa, a medida que los ejercicios de Programación Lineal aumentan su cantidad de variables y se acercan así a situaciones de la vida real, la resolución manual se torna compleja, incrementa el tiempo de resolución y dificulta el aprendizaje en sí. Por ello, el presente trabajo introduce por un lado, una herramienta web multiplataforma intuitiva que permite llevar a cabo la resolución de problemas de programación lineal, y que puede ser utilizada por alumnos independientemente de la carrera en que se dicte dicha materia; y por el otro realiza un estudio de usabilidad de la herramienta en pos de identificar ítems positivos y puntos de mejora. Finalmente, se presentan las conclusiones y el trabajo futuro.

    Advances in ICTs have promoted the use of software tools as a means of support and complement in the classroom. In Operational Research, as Linear Programming exercises increase their number of variables and thus approaching to real-life situations, manual resolution becomes complex, increasing the resolution time and hinders the learning itself. Therefore, the present work introduces on the one hand, an intuitive multiplatform web tool called Tanziflex that allows solving problems of linear programming, and that can be used by students regardless of the career in which the subject is taught; and on the other hand, it carries out a usability study of the tool in order to identify positive items and points of improvement. Finally, the conclusions and future work are presented.
