Resumen de La construcción del sistema educativo en México a través del caso de Chihuahua

Este trabajo rescata la historia de las primeras instituciones educativas establecidas por el ayuntamiento de Chihuahua, la posterior intervención del gobierno estatal en su administración, los efectos que sobre las instituciones educativas tuvieron las contradicciones entre gobierno estatal y gobierno municipal y las consecuencias de la ingerencia del gobierno nacional de la federación surgido de la Constitución de 1917 asumiera el control de la educación formal en todo el país; un proceso de centralización paulatina, que después de décadas de haberse ido consolidando durante el siglo XX, en los albores del siglo XXI se visualiza como una limitación para el logro de los fines educativos, proponiéndome desde el gobierno federal la vuelta hacia la descentalización.

This study tells the story f the first education institution set up by the state of Chihuahua, the later intervention of the state government in its administration, their effects on governance and the effects that the contradictions between state government and the town government had on the education institutions and the consequences of the national centralist government's intervention in local schools. Before the national federal government that arouse from the 1917constitution took the control of education in the whole country, a gradual centralization process took place wich, after decades of strenghtening, at the beginning of the 21st century can be seen as a limitation to reach the educational goals. What I propose is to promote a new decentralization from the federal government.
