    La aceleración del cambio en las organizaciones supone el paso de una nueva estructura de interrelación. Hay que "repensar" la empresa y evaluar el impacto del cambio. El conflicto social toma nuevas formas y se incrementará. Nuevos conflictos exigirán nuevas vías para afrontarlos desde la innovación social. Esto supone diversas paradojas. La mediación en ciertas condiciones puede ser una herramienta útil.

    This increasing change in organizations may lead to a new structure in the field of interrelation. Therefore, it seems necessary to "reconsider" the enterprise and to analyze the changing impact. The social dispute may change into new faces and get more difficult. New troubles will require new ways of confrontation from the social innovation point of view. This situation may lead to several paradoxes. In this state of things, mediation in certain conditions could be an useful tool.
