Resumen de Poder y Barbarie: La dominación y la diferencia como dialéctica deshumanizante

  En el presente artículo se hace un recorrido histórico-crítico, muy general, del concepto bárbaro y sus diversas variantes a lo largo del tiempo y el espacio. Estas variantes e interpretaciones conceptuales son analizadas a partir del uso que le ha dado el poder tradicional y el autoritarismo político y económico. A pesar de que no agota la conceptualización ni las variantes del mismo, ni abarca en su totalidad todas las etapas de la historia del pensamiento occidental, recurre epistemológicamente a su definición inicial y explica cómo, a través del tiempo, el término sufre una interpretación negativa en su concepción, pues transmuta de ser entendido como diferente o distinto, a ser interpretado como desigual o inferior. Durante las etapas del pensamiento occidental, el término evolucionó siguiendo los intereses de quienes se han autoproclamado como superiores y distintos desde su propia visión del poder, deslegitimando, excluyendo y aniquilando toda referencia moral y antropológica propia de la condición humana a quien consideran diferente. Se pretende, al final del presente trabajo, la búsqueda dialéctica de un nosotros, un todos, incluyente, que elimine esas líneas paralelas de violencia y desigualdad que emanan de la constante híbrida del yo y del otro.

  The current article presents a general historical and critical overview of the barbarian concept and its diverse variants through time and space. These variants and conceptual interpretations are analyzed starting from the usage given by the traditional power and the political and economic authoritarianism. Although it does not use up neither its conceptualization nor its variants, it also does not include all the stages of the history of the occidental thinking, it draws on epistemologically to its initial definition and explains how through time the term has a negative interpretation of its conception, because it changes from being understood as different or distinct to be interpreted as unequal or lower. We will try to clarify how the term has evolved following the interests of those who have been self-proclaimed as superior and different from their own vision of power, discrediting, excluding and destroying all moral and anthropological reference proper of the human condition of the ones considered different. At the end of this paper we try to find the dialectical option of an including we and all that eliminates these parallel lines of violence and inequality that flow out from the hybrid constant of the I and the other.
