    Consistent projection of an aberrant and perverse imaginary of the female body is not alien to the sociocultural environment from which it arises and in which it circulates. This suggests that the (re)production of this imaginary is seen as a reflection of the prevailing social discourses and the mechanisms of the media circle, not only of Spain but the global audience as well.

    La proyección consistente de un imaginario aberrante y perverso del cuerpo femenino no es ajena al medio sociocultural del que surge y en el que se circula. Esto sugiere que la (re)producción de este imaginario se vea como un reflejo de los discursos sociales imperantes y los mecanismos del círculo mediático, no solamente de España sino del público global.
