“Dios y la nueva Física” en la enseñanza de la naturaleza de la Ciencia

    Desde la reflexión sobre la práctica pedagógica, se pudo identificar que en muchas ocasiones la enseñanza de la física se ha centrado en repetir procesos algorítmicos, conceptos, leyes o teorías, los cuales se encuentran descontextualizados y poco motivantes para los estudiantes. Al mismo tiempo, los nuevos desafíos en educación plantean la necesidad desarrollar procesos de enseñanza de las ciencias, que contribuyan a la formación de ciudadanos autónomos críticos y responsables, en el cual se eduque para el desarrollo de una vida responsable e informada, que permita el ejercicio de una conducta responsable con uno mismo y los demás seres humanos. El presente documento muestra, desde una metodología descriptiva-reflexiva, el diseño, ejecución y evaluación de una unidad didáctica de la clase de física, para los estudiantes de grado décimo del colegio José Francisco Socarras IED, que busca cambiar las prácticas de enseñanza tradicionales, incluyendo aspectos de la Naturaleza de la Ciencia (NdC), por medio de la lectura del libro de divulgación científica “Dios y la Nueva Física”; para la compresión del conocimiento científico, sus métodos y sus complejas interacciones con la sociedad, incluyendo la fe y la religión.

    From the reflection on the pedagogical practice, in the teaching of physics in secondary education can be identified that it has been focused on repeating algorithmic processes, concepts or theories, that are often decontextualized and not very motivating for students. Also, the new challenges in education, considers the need to develop processes in science education, that contributing with the formation of critical, responsible and autonomous citizens, where they can be educated for the development of a responsible and informed life, which allows the exercise of responsible behavior with themselves and other human beings. In this way, this document shows the design, execution and evaluation of a teaching strategy in physics class, for 10th graders of  José Francisco Socarras IED school, seeking to break with the traditional practices, including aspects of the nature of science ledge through the reading of the scientific divulgation book "God and the New Physics", by means of the understanding of the knowledge of Science, the methods and the complex interactions with society, including faith and religion.
