  Venezuela se encuentra sumergida en una profunda crisis social, política y económica que se manifiesta en todos los ámbitos, sectores, e instituciones de la sociedad por lo que la promoción y/o divulgación de la Teoría del Desarrollo Moral de Kohlberg cobra vital importancia en la educación en valores de la colectividad. La palabra Moral significa costumbres, reglas de conducta o tradiciones. Toda sociedad posee sus costumbres, sus reglas o tradiciones y enseña a sus jóvenes a ajustarse a ellas. Los adultos significativos: padres, hermanos, abuelos, profesores, amigos entre otros, transmiten a sus jóvenes desde muy temprana edad un conjunto interiorizado de normas y reglas llamados valores que guiaran sus acciones en diversas situaciones morales. De esta manera los jóvenes, futuros líderes de una nación o país, reproducirán y marcarán los valores que caracterizarán al hombre del mañana, y por ende a dicha sociedad. Con este fin se expone la teoría de Kolhberg, la sociedad y los valores, la descripción de los niveles del desarrollo moral, las características del desarrollo del pensamiento Moral, el valor de los valores en la sociedad, la intención, el discurso y la conducta moral, y la reflexión final

  The purpose of this work is to highlight the importance of Moral Development Theory for society Venezuela is immersed in a deep social, political and economic crisis that manifests itself in all areas, sectors, and institutions of society, so the promotion and / or dissemination of the Kohlberg Theory of Moral Development is of vital importance in the education in values of the community. The word Moral means customs, rules of conduct or traditions. Every society has its customs, rules or traditions and teaches its young people to conform to them. Significant adults: parents, siblings, grandparents, teachers, friends, among others, transmit to their youth from an early age an internalized set of rules and rules called values that will guide their actions in various moral situations. In this way the young people, future leaders of a nation or country, will reproduce and mark the values that characterized the man of tomorrow, and therefore to that society.
