Resumen de De Falabella a un espacio de mujeres. Análisis del Encuentro Nacional de Trabajadoras del Sindicato Bancario de Argentina

El objetivo del presente artículo consistió en analizar la construcción del Encuentro Nacional de Trabajadoras Bancarias de la Asociación Bancaria de Argentina como un espacio de mujeres. Para ello, se buscó vislumbrar cuáles fueron las transformaciones que vivió el sindicato entre 2015 y 2017, en cuanto a la conformación de un espacio de género. Se trabajó sobre este Encuentro como estudio de caso y se entrevistó en profundidad a distintas integrantes de la Secretaría de Género e Igualdad, así como a sindicalistas que participaron de los encuentros. De la misma manera, se realizaron observaciones participantes y se revisó la documentación producida en dichos eventos. Este artículo evidencia cómo se fue consolidando un espacio de mujeres al interior del sindicato y realiza un aporte al campo de estudios sobre sindicalismo y género.

The paper aims to explore and analyze the construction of the National Meeting of banking Workers of the Banking Association of Argentina as a space for women. To this end, we focus in the transformations that the Union experienced between 2015 and 2017, in terms of the shaping of a gender space. We worked on this meeting as a case study and interviewed in depth different members of the Secretariat of Gender and Equality, as well as trade unionists who participated in the meetings. In the same way, participating observations were made and the documentation produced in these events was reviewed The interpretation that guides this analysis posited that the National Meeting of banking Workers consolidating a space of women. This article making a contribution to the field of studies on trade unionism and gender.
