Todo individuo tiene derecho a recibir a su muerte una sepultura digna y a ser enterrado conforme a los propios ritos. El objetivo de este trabajo es señalar la principal normativa autonómica sobre la cuestión e indicar los problemas que se plantean.

Everyone has the right to receive a dignified burial at his death and to be buried according to his own rites. The aim of this paper is to indicate the main regional regulations on the issue and indicate the problems that arise.
