Desde 2003 el gobierno de Néstor Kirchner tuvo el desafío de persuadir a diferentes sectores del peronismo, en la búsqueda de garantizar el consenso y la gobernabilidad en el país. Luego de vencer a sectores disímiles en 2005, logró dos años después la victoria de Cristina Fernández de Kirchner como primera mandataria. En este marco, a partir del conflicto suscitado por el incremento en las retenciones al agro en 2008, el gobierno debió definir un discurso que recuperara determinadas categorías del imaginario peronista y pudiera validar su posición al interior del partido de gobierno y con el resto de la sociedad. En este trabajo se analizan algunas estrategias del discurso en relación a las referencias al 17 de Octubre, en un interés de abordar las representaciones sobre un acontecimiento histórico y fundacional para el peronismo, lo que implica una interpretación del peronismo, y de qué modo estas referencias pueden tener un uso estratégico en legitimar la autoridad del enunciador. En el trabajo se considerarán los aportes de la tendencia francesa del Análisis del Discurso, principalmente a través de las categorías de escenas validadas y escenografías.

Since 2003 the government of Néstor Kirchner had to persuade different sectors of Peronism, seeking to secure consensus and governance in the country. After defeating dissimilar sectors in 2005, obtained two years after the victory of Cristina Fernández de Kirchner as president. In this framework, since the conflict sparked by the increase in taxes on the agricultural sector in 2008, the government had to define a discourse recover certain categories of Peronism imaginary and validate their position within the ruling party and the rest of the society. This paper discusses some strategies of discourse in relation to references to October 17, in an interest to address the representations on a historic and foundational date for Peronism, which implies an interpretation of Peronism, and how these references may have a strategic use to legitimize the authority of the speaker. In the paper we consider the contributions of the French tendency of discourse analysis, mainly through the categories of convalidated scenes and scenography.
