Gobierno abierto es uno de los conceptos que más ha atraído a profesionales y académicos dedicados a la administración pública. Es posible advertir la aparición de un volumen creciente de trabajos académicos dedicados a analizar el concepto y experiencias de gobierno abierto en la región. Este artículo analiza la producción académica en español sobre gobierno abierto. Se identifican textos publicados en revistas especializadas entre 2009 y 2015, y se caracterizan los principales canales de publicación, los niveles de indización de las revistas que publican artículos del tema y las referencias bibliográficas. Esto se complementa con un análisis de redes de citación y un modelo estadístico que evalúa determinantes de centralidad en la red. Entre los hallazgos destaca que los documentos no académicos tienen mayores probabilidades de ser centrales en la red de citación.AbstractOpen government has become one of the concepts that most recently attracted professionals and academics dedicated to public administration. Likewise, it is possible to notice the appearance of a growing volume of academic works dedicated to analyzing the concept and experiences of open government in the region. This paper analyzes the academic production in Spanish on open government. For this, texts published in specialized journals between 2009 and 2015 are identified. It characterizes the main publication channels, indexing levels of journals that publish articles of the topic as well as bibliographic references. This is complemented by a citation network analysis and a statistical model that evaluates determinants of centrality in the network. One of the findings is that non-academic documents are more likely to be central in the citation network.
