    El opúsculo que presentamos busca, desde una perspectiva crítica, explorar si en la definición del bien jurídico que contiene la legislación atinente, se dispuso por parte del constituyente derivado proteger diversos valores legales e institucionales o si, por el contrario, se está en la capacidad de hacer referencia sobre bienes de carácter individual. En un segundo tiempo nos cuestionaremos acerca de si el derecho penal es la vía idónea para garantizar la integridad del sistema electoral. Con lo anterior se invita al lector para que, reposado en la intimidad de sus juicios intelectuales, someta la temática al rigor del análisis de contexto y la formulación de sus propias preguntas

    The opuscule that we present seeks to explore, from a critical perspective, if the definition of the legal right that is in the corresponding legislation, establishes the protection of diverse legal and institutional values or if, on the contrary, it allows to make reference regarding rights of an individual nature. Secondly, we question whether penal law is the ideal way to guarantee the integrity of the electoral system. With this, the reader is invited to, within the intimacy of his/her intellectual judgment, submit the topic to a rigorous analysis of the context and formulation of his/her own questions
