Resumen de As raízes filosóficas das questões que envolvem a revisão ética nas pesquisas científicas no Brasil

  O presente artigo busca identificar os possíveis fundamentos filosóficos que possam embasar a área biomética, junto ao sistema CEP/CONEP, que justifiquem o seu domínio frente às questões relativas à revisão ética na pesquisa científica no Brasil. Para tanto, começa por expor o modo pelo qual se processa a referida ingerência e a sua inadequação ético-epistemológica. Na sequência, identifica no surgimento da própria concepção de episteme, na Grécia antiga, as possíveis raízes desse imbróglio. Terminando por mostrar que é a partir de uma apropriação duvidosa da filosofia de Descartes que a área biomédica julga poder justificar o seu domínio frente às outras ciências, principalmente frente às Ciências Humanas e Sociais. Revelando, assim, que os procedimentos universalizantes estabelecidos pelo sistema CEP/CONEP, ao fim e ao cabo, não possuem fundamento algum, mas, apenas e tão somente, um desejo não justificado de poder.

  The present article looks for identifying possible philosophical grounds that may support biometrical area, near to the system CEP/ Conep, philosophical grounds that justify its domain opposite to questions relative to ethical revision in Brazilian scientific researches.

  Therefore, the text starts exposing the way by what occurs the referred ingerence and its ethical-epistemological inadequacy. Following, the text identifies in the origin of the epistéme conception, in Ancient Greek, possible roots of this dispute. Ending the arguments, the text shows that it is up to doubtful appropriation of Descartes’’ philosophy that biomedical area consider that can justify its domain over the other sciences, mainly the ones linked to Human and Social Sciences.

  Therefore, reveals that universilizing procedures established by the system CEP/Conep, at all, don’t have any ground, but only a non justified will of power.
