Resumen de Educación musical y creatividad: análisis bibliométrico

  En este artículo se explora la presencia de estudios relacionados con la Educación Musical y la Creatividad en la base de datos PsycINFO.

  Se presenta un análisis bibliométrico a partir de los artículos de investigación indexados en la base de datos PsycINFO. El diseño general consistió en una revisión cuantitativa de la literatura sobre los tópicos creatividad musical-educación que aparecen en la base de datos electrónica PsycINFO. El análisis refleja los contextos de mayor producción científica, el idioma de publicación más recurrente, los períodos de tiempo con mayor producción científica, los autores más prolíficos en el ámbito de estudio, así como las revistas que albergan artículos de dicho ámbito de estudio.

  Los resultados muestran que es un campo con poca producción investigadora y en el que apenas destacan autores que tengan un trabajo periódico en la temática.

  This article explores the presence of studies related to Music Education and Creativity in the PsycINFO database. A bibliometric analysis is presented from the research articles indexed in the PsycINFO database. The general design consists of a quantitative review of the literature on musical creativity-education topics that appears in the electronic database PsycINFO.

  The analysis reflects the contexts of greatest scientific production, the most recurrent type of publication, the longest periods with the highest scientific output, the most prolific authors in the field of study, as well as the journals that house articles in this field of study. The results show that it is a field with little research production and that it is just an author who has a periodic work on the subject.
