    El término “salud” no surge de la semántica constitucional hasta 1994. Asimismo, debe concebirse, desde una perspectiva contemporánea, como aquel cuya satisfacción no se agota en la mera abstención de dañar la integridad de las personas, sino que exige ciertas prestaciones positivas. Así, la CSJN -en el fallo bajo análisis- ofrece nuevos ele-mentos acerca del matiz informativo del derecho a la salud como presupuesto de su ejercicio.

    The term “health” does not arise from the constitutional semantics until 1994. Further-more, the right to health must be conceived, from a contemporary perspective, as a right whose satisfaction is not exhausted in the mere abstention of damaging the inte-grity of people but requires positive actions. Thus, the Argentinean Supreme Court - in the case under analysis - offers new elements about the informative aspect of the right to health.
