Resumen de El Laudo Extemporáneo
Law 11/2001, which reforms the 2003 Arbitration Act, considers the validity of arbitral awards issued after the deadline for their submission. The author considers this new legal reform to be contrary to the very purpose of arbitration and against legal certainty.
