Género y religión: A la búsqueda de un modelo de análisis

    Este estudio analiza la marginación de las mujeres en las religiones y su contribución a difundir el modelo patriarcal, fuente de desigualdad y violencia. No obstante, sus fundadores hablaron de igualdad y esta nos incluía. Este artículo amplía las líneas de investigación sobre religiones y género orientadas a comprender los mecanismos imaginarios sobre el papel de las mujeres en las religiones. En primer lugar, se persigue de-construir los roles de género transmitidos sobre los elementos religiosos: por un lado, lo masculino asociado a Dios, lo virtuoso y lo absoluto; por otro, lo femenino vinculado al pecado y el mal. Siguiendo el camino de la teología feminista, se avanza en la deconstrucción masculina de Dios. También en la reconstrucción femenina de los espacios sagrados que, en origen, estuvieron en cada una de las religiones, contribuyendo así a explicar la construcción imaginaria del patrón patriarcal; algo que a día de hoy se mantiene en casi todas las culturas y religiones, justificando numerosas fuentes de violencia. Para ello, me baso en análisis comparativos de distintas religiones, donde se evidencia que en su mayoría tienen ramas que contribuyeron ampliar el sistema patriarcal mientras otras de la misma tradición religiosa han sido ajenas al patriarcado. El objetivo final es encontrar un modelo de análisis capaz de incluir ambas caras de las religiones, abarcando todos los componentes de las mismas.

    This study analyses the marginalization of women in religions and their contribution to disseminating the patriarchal model, the source of inequality and violence. However, its founders spoke of equality and this included us. This article extends the lines of research on religions and gender aimed at understanding the imaginary mechanisms on the role of women in religions. First, it is pursued to deconstruct the gender roles transmitted on the religious elements: on the one hand, the masculine associated with God, the virtuous and the absolute; On the other, the feminine linked to sin and evil.

    Also in the feminine reconstruction of the sacred spaces that, in origin, were in each one of the religions, contributing thus to explain the imaginary construction of the patriarchal pattern; Something that today is maintained in almost all cultures and religions, justifying many sources of violence. To do this, I am based on the analysis of different religions, where there is evidence that mostly have branches that contributed to broaden the patriarchal system while others of the same religious tradition, have been alien to the Patriarchate. The ultimate goal is to find a model of analysis capable of including both sides of the religions, covering all the components thereof.
