    En el momento de reflexionar sobre los límites a las puertas abiertas, el punto de partida ha de ser las características con que se ha de desarrollar la medida de internamiento, en los casos que, por las circunstancias y las necesidades del menor y la gravedad del delito, deba aplicarse. Pero cuando hablamos de los límites a las puertas abiertas ¿qué aspectos deberían tenerse en cuenta dentro de este marco normativo? En este sentido, debemos señalar la discriminación, la desjudicialización, la remisión, la diversificación y la intervención judicial mínima que, una vez relacionadas, pueden configurar una legislación que pueda dar una respuesta adecuada a los menores infractores.

    When thinking over the Iimits to the open doors, the starting point must be the specific features that may need a developement of the internment measure, in those cases where the latest has to be applied because of the circumstances and needs of the juveniles and due to the seriousness of the crime. But, when speaking of limits to the open doors, what aspects should be taken into account within this normative framework? In that sense, it is to be pointed out the discriminalization, the disjudicialization of remission, the diversification and the minimum judicial intervention wich can, once they are put into relation, set up a legislation able to give a suitable response offenders under age.
