    El presente artículo pretende dar una breve visión de la situación actual de la gestación por sustitución en España. Principalmente, a raíz de la problemática que ha surgido entorno a los recientes cambios de criterio de la Dirección General de los Registros y del Notariado, y que han afectado considerablemente a los menores nacidos por este método en Ucrania.

    This paper wants to give a short description about the actual situation of the surrogate motherhood in Spain. The main reason to do this are the recent changes which have been introduced by the Justice Ministry, and those changes have affected considerably some of the spanish children who have born in Ukraine using this method.
