Exhumación en el cementerio municipal de Sos del Rey Católico (Zaragoza). Arqueología de la guerra civil en las Cinco Villas

    En este artículo se ofrecen los resultados de la excavación arqueológica realizada en agosto de 2013 en el cementerio municipal de Sos del Rey Católico (Zaragoza) con la finalidad de exhumar los restos de Saturnina Arbea Villacampa y Mariano Legarre Mínguez, muertos el día 21 de julio de 1936 al inicio de la Guerra Civil Española. Tanto las evidencias arqueológicas documentadas, como el análisis antropológico y las pruebas genéticas de los restos humanos recuperados han descartado su identificación con las víctimas. Además se pondrá de manifiesto la existencia de un tipo de documentación judicial, conservada en los Archivos de los Tribunales Militares Territoriales, que puede resultar muy útil para localizar a algunos represaliados por los sublevados.

    This article presents the results of the archaeological excavation which took place in August 2013 at the municipal cemetery of Sos del Rey Católico (Zaragoza) for exhumation of the human remains of Saturnina Arbea Villacampa and Mariano Legarre Mínguez, dead on the 21st of July of 1936 at the beginning of the Spanish Civil War. Documented archaeological evidence, anthropological analysis and genetic testing of recovered human remains, have discarded their identification with the victims. In addition, there will be revealed the existence of a type of judicial documentation, preserved in the Archives of the Territorial Military Courts, which may be very useful to locate some individuals retaliated by the rebels

    Artikulu honek 2013eko abuztuan Sos del Rey Católicon (Zaragoza) burututako indusketa arkeologikoaren emaitzak aurkezten ditu. Proiektu honen helburua Saturnina Arbea Villacampa eta Mariano Legarre Mínguezen gorpuak lurpetik ateratzea zen. Biak 1936ko uztailaren 21ean hil ziren, Espainiako Gerra Zibilaren hasieran. Topatutako aurkikuntza arkeologikoek, analisi antropologikoak eta froga genetikoek berreskuratutako giza-aztarnak biktimekin identifikatzeko aukera bazterrarazi dute. Bestalde, Lurraldeko Auzitegi Militarren Artxibategietan kontserbatutako dokumentazio judizial mota baten berri ematen da, altxatuek hainbat errepresaliatu topatzeko erabilgarriak izan daitezkeenak.
