    Este artículo es un fragmento de un trabajo etnográfico más amplio sobre los proyectos migratorios de mujeres nigerianas que ejercen la prostitución en el Poniente almeriense (Andalucía, España). En esta ocasión, nos centramos en la relación que establecen estas mujeres con el Sistema Sanitario Público andaluz en cuanto a accesibilidad y actitudes del personal sanitario. Los propios discursos de las mujeres apoyan resultados que muestran necesidades de adaptación del sistema sanitario a los retos que presenta la diversidad cultural en combinación con situaciones de exclusión social y estigmatización.

    This paper is part of a wider ethnographic work on the migratory projects of Nigerian women who exercise prostitution in the Poniente Almeriense (Andalusia, Spain). We examine the relation between these women and the Andalusian Public Sanitary System with respect to accessibility to and attitudes of the health personnel. The testimony of the women themselves support results that show needs to adapt the health system to the challenges presented by cultural diversity in combination with social exclusion and stigmatization.
