La ley nacional de ejecución penal contra una realidad penitenciaria

    El Estado es el garante de la seguridad e integridad de las personas privadas de la libertad a quienes se les atribuye la comisión de un delito, los Centros de Reinserción Social serán los sitios destinados para esta medida, no obstante, debido al contexto penitenciario que se presenta, recientemente se ha creado la Ley Nacional de Ejecución Penal que sin duda permite dar pasos agigantados en materia penitenciaria sin embargo, es preciso realizar un análisis contraponiendo la realidad penitenciaria a esta normativa, de tal forma que no se vuelva poesía jurídica no aplicable a las circunstancias que hoy se manifiestan en los Centros de Reinserción Social

    The state is the guarantor of the security and integrity of the private persons deprived of liberty due to being charged with a crime; while the Centers of Social Reintegration are destined to oversee the state in this matter. Due to the complexity that this oversight presents, the National Law of Criminal Enforcement has been recently created. And although the newly created law allows for great steps to be taken in this penitentiary oversight related matter, it is still necessary to carry out an analysis to measure how the regulation is being applied and followed versus what is really occurring in the prisons. The analysis is imperative so the new National Law of Criminal Enforcement does not become legal poetry and is truly administered immediately, and closely followed; not ignored and erroneously classified as not applicable to circumstances that are currently occurring in the Centers for Social Reintegration today
