Resumen de Presente y futuro de los convenios OIT en materia de contrato individual. Condiciones de empleo, seguridad retributiva y estabilidad

Dentro de su sistema de normas internacionales, la OIT ha venido prestando especial atención a ciertas condiciones de empleo y de trabajo de las personas, las más determinantes para garantizar una relación individual de trabajo decente. Entre ellas destacan las relativas a las condiciones de acceso al contrato de trabajo, en condiciones de libertad, seguridad y dignidad, así como las condiciones de prestación de servicios con seguridad retributiva y estabilidad en el empleo. Los Convenios de la OIT reguladores de estas condiciones gozan de una notable actualidad en nuestro tiempo, no obstante los variados problemas y desafíos que están obligados a afrontar ante las transformaciones del mundo de la economía y del trabajo de nuestro tiempo. En este estudio se hace una síntesis de los principales aspectos regulados por tales Convenios, así como por el impacto que tienen en el Derecho español a día de hoy, también haciendo alguna prospectiva de futuro.

Within its system of international standards, the ILO regulates the most fundamental conditions of employment and work to ensure a decent work contract. Among them we highlight, as regards the access to the work contract, those related to the conditions of freedom, security and dignity. It should also be noted, in what affects the provision of services, the conditions of retributive security and stability in employment. The ILO Conventions that regulate these conditions are fully up-to-date, despite the various problems and challenges that they are obliged to face in the face of the changes in the world economy and work of our time. This study summarizes the main aspects regulated by these agreements, as well as the impact they have on Spanish Labor Law today, also making some future prospects.
