Making an Aviation Policy in Europe.

    • This article refers to the making policy issue. In Europe there is a big number of policy makers, such as European Commision, European Aviation Safety Agency, European Civil Aviation Conference or European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation. All of them are situated into EU and serve for European States. Members’ states cooperate in Aviation matters thanks to all of the organization and agencies. It is a kind of “new governance” approach to European integration. This new “manager” is responsible for making an Aviation policy in the name of member states. The activities of European organizations are still changing due to the new emerging issues; in the past, there were responsible for making an Aviation Policy in the name of member states. The activities of European organizations are still changing due to the new emerging issues; in the past, there were responsibe for strictly technical aspects of Aviation only, today more and more are involved into economy and navigation.
