  This research was a cut of the master's dissertation which addresses the Importance of Motivational Pedagogical Practice of teachers in teaching reading and writing to students in teaching learning. The general objective was to compare the pedagogical practice of teachers in the teaching of reading and writing with the students of the 3rd Year of Elementary Education. The research was quantitative, with a descriptive study, the technique for data collection was the Survey method. In this it was noticed that 25% of the students do not like to study, 27% like little, 38% do not interpret what they read easily, 52% of teachers use this resource in their classes a little. However, 63% of the students achieved a good academic performance in reading and writing, 29% regular and 8% low. It was concluded that the learning difficulties of students' reading and writing are related to the pedagogical practice of the teacher.

  Esta pesquisa foi um recorte da dissertação de mestrado a qual aborda a Importância da Prática Pedagógica Motivacional dos professores no ensino da leitura e da escrita aos alunos no ensino aprendizagem. O objetivo geral foi de comparar a prática pedagógica dos professores no ensino da leitura e escrita junto aos alunos do 3º Ano do Ensino Fundamental. A investigação teve caráter quantitativo, com estudo descritivo, a técnica para a coleta dos dados foi o método Survey. Nesta foi percebido que 25% dos alunos não gostam de estudar, 27% gostam pouco, 38% não interpretam o que leem com facilidade, 52% dos professores usam pouco esse recurso em suas aulas. Contudo, 63% dos alunos conseguiram um bom rendimento acadêmico em leitura e escrita, 29% regular e 8% baixo. Concluiu-se que as dificuldades de aprendizagem da leitura e da escrita dos alunos, relacionam-se com a prática pedagógica do professor.
