Resumen de Cambios aspectuales en la evolución de los verbos psicológicos del español

  Este trabajo se centra en el estudio diacrónico de los verbos psicológicos clasificados como clase 3 por Belletti y Rizzi (1987) y analiza su comportamiento aspectual. Se establece una clasificación de los verbos de esta clase en tres grupos:

  a) los que en latín ya podían entrar en estructuras inacusativas con dativo;

  b) verbos latinos que no desarrollaron el uso inacusativo con dativo hasta el romance; y c) verbos de creación romance. Se propone que los distintos orígenes etimológicos de los tres subgrupos que conforman esta clase determinan en gran medida sus características sintácticas y aspectuales.

  This paper focuses on the diachronic study of the psychological verbs classified by Belletti and Rizzi (1987) as 3rd group and it analyses their aspectual behaviour. Besides, we divide them, at the same time, into three different types:

  a) those that could be used in unaccusative configurations with a dative object;

  b) Latin verbs that did not develop the unaccusative structures with datives until Romance; and c) verbs of Romance genesis. We put forward that the different etymological origins of these three subclasses determine their syntactic and aspectual characteristics to a great extent.
