El presente artículo, es un aporte a la investigación Universitaria venezolana, orientado hacia una gestión tecnológica con visión de futuro; donde el Liderazgo constituya un factor de avanzada, que permita responder a las condiciones cambiantes en materia de tecnología, requeridas por las Universidades, observándose las mismas desde un enfoque globalizado. Igualmente dar respuesta al sector Universitario y su entorno en relación a la importancia de la Educación Superior, en este milenio XXI. El Estado la Sociedad y la Universidad deben estar conscientes que el desarrollo del País depende en gran medida de las Universidades como centros del conocimiento Universal.

The present I articulate, it is a contribution the Management University Investigation in Venezuelan, oriented towards a Technologic Management with Vision of Future; where the leadership constitutes an outpost factor, that allows to respond to the changing conditions in the matter of technology, required by the Universities; Observing the same ones from an approach world-wide. Equally to give answers to the University sector and their surroundings in relation to the importance of the Superior Education, in this Millennium XXI. The state, the society and the University must be conscious that the development of the Pais depends to a great extent on the Universities like centers of the Universal knowledge.
