Resumen de Ibioética y responsabilidad social universitaria en los proyectos de investigación

Los quehaceres investigativos académicos, ante los procesos globalizados, deben readaptarse epistemológicamente como su conceptualización técnica, centrarse en el ambiente-ético-cultural. Ante esta nueva filosofía, las Instituciones Universitarias Tecnológicas (IUT) del país, establecieron un eje proyecto investigativo (Asamblea Nacional de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, 2008). Por consiguiente, se evaluaron en los tecnológicos, ubicados en la región central y occidental, los cánones bioéticos y la responsabilidad social universitaria. La población fue: Federico Rivero Palacios (IUTFDRP), Valencia (IUTVAL), Cabimas (IUTC), Alonso Gamero (IUTAG). Siendo la unidad de análisis los proyectos de investigación, la muestra referencial, 68 docentes guías y tutores. Con abordaje emic - étic – exógeno – cosmológico, comprensión holística, holotipo evaluativa, nivel interactivo; diseño de campo, transeccional contemporáneo, multivariables de caso, no experimental, exposfacto. Se aplicaron instrumentos: dicotómico, abierto, selección, un total de 66 ítems. La validez fue determinada por 7 expertos, arrojo 0.72; confiabilidad por KR20/21, Alfa Crombach, fue 0.74; 0.84; 0.87. Los resultados se obtuvieron por SPSS, versión 17. Se comprobó estadísticamente la hipótesis nula, la manifestación de los cánones bioéticos y la responsabilidad social universitaria en los IUT, arrojó un 50% en el IUTAG y en los otros IUT, fue del 40%. La correlación entre los indicios, en el IUTAG y IUTC, fue positiva media, ±0,45; IUTVAL negativa débil, ±0,08; y en IUTFDRP nula, 0,00. Se recomienda, desarrollar redes interinstitucionales para complementarse unas de otros, así establecer los preceptos éticos y los mecanismos para RSU.

The results were obtained by SPSS, version 17. It was proved statistically the null hypothesis, the manifestation of the canons bioethical and social responsibility in the IUT University, threw and 50% IUTAG IUT and the other was 40%. The correlation between the signs in the IUTAG and IUTC was positive average, ± 0.45, IUTVAL weak negative, ± 0.08, and zero IUTFDRP, 0.00. It is recommended to develop inter-agency networks complement each other and establish the ethical and mechanisms for RSU.
