    Tras la crisis de pareja, se organiza de forma diferente el núcleo familiar, y es necesario establecer en la resolución que regule las medidas paternofiliales como se van a llevar a cabo las tareas de los progenitores comprendidas en el ámbito de la patria potestad.

    Uno de los deberes del progenitor incardinados en el ámbito de la patria potestad, es tener a los hijos en su compañía, extremo que tras la crisis solo será posible de manera alternada al haber quebrado la convivencia de la pareja.

    Siendo el derecho de relación de los menores con sus progenitores esencial para el normal desarrollo de aquellos, el ordenamiento jurídico debe garantizar su protección, mediante mecanismos que aseguren su correcto ejercicio.

    No solo se garantiza el derecho de relación de los menores con sus padres, sino que también se hace respecto a los abuelos y otros parientes y allegados.
